One of the objectives of the project is the development of monitoring and quality management tools, designed specifically for the NTT+. This will allow a more effective implementation of the projects and more consistency between planned objectives and results achieved in practice.
A team of specialists in the field of Citizenship, Quality Management and ICT Solution will develop and test a set of tools, focusing on the process of long lasting relations, simple work programmes and the involvement of participants with scarce knowledge of project management.
This will allow the participating municipalities:
a) To monitor more effectively the process of network building
b) To evaluate elements pertaining:
Project performance quality - coherence between activities and objectives
Collaboration quality - how a project is engaging people and organisations
of the partnership
Resource utilization quality - how the monetary and non monetary resources
are used
Information Management quality - how a project is acquiring, handling,
documenting, sharing and refining the information it is dependent on
Product/Deliverables quality
Service provision quality - the demands, expectations, and needs that
are expressed by or interpreted from target groups.
Dissemination & Valorisation quality
This action will provide tools that can be put at disposal of other future beneficiaries who would like to apply them to their networks projects. Furthermore, this will allow to collect data and information for a qualitative analysis of the networks as well as material for academic analysis. The tools might range from traditional questionnaires and check-lists to more innovative solutions. The tools will be the result of different skills and approaches contributed by the members of the team.
