The project improving the planning and managemnt of networks of twinned towns (NTT+) is the result of the partnership between the Sweden Emilia Romagna Network (SERN), the Association of Municipalities of Norrbotten (Sweden), the Association of Local and Regional Government of Finland and the Deputacion of A Coruna (Spain).
